FIREWORKS ARE NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE WITHIN THE HOA this 4th of July. 
 
Due to the current Extreme Fire Danger in our area, all types of fireworks pose a wildfire and safety risk. Please help protect our community and surrounding area by not using or celebrating this Fourth of July with personal fireworks. All firework activity should be reported to the Wasatch County Sheriff Department (435-654-1411). 
 
CALL 911 for all emergencies.

The City of Midway is in a Stage 2 Fire Restriction, to help prevent fires.

 

The Schneitter's Swiss Oaks HOA Board of Trustees is planning to update and modernize the governing documents for the community, which would include the CC&R's and/or By-Laws.
