NEW MONTHLY HOA FEE AMOUNT

After reviewing the Association’s current expenses, anticipated maintenance and operating needs for the coming year, as well as changes in insurance and lending requirements, the Board has determined that an increase in the HOA assessment is necessary for the 2026–2027 fiscal year.

Effective October 1, 2026, the monthly HOA assessment will increase from $450 to $500 per month.

PROPOSAL TO UPDATE CC&R's

The Schneitter's Swiss Oaks HOA Board of Trustees is planning to update and modernize the governing documents for the community, which would include the CC&R's and/or By-Laws.
