ANNUAL MEETING & FEE INCREASE

The annual HOA owner's meeting will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025 in the community clubhouse. Registration will begin at 5:30 PM and the start of the annual meeting will begin at 6:00 PM. 
 
$450 will be assessed to owners for the 2025-2025 HOA Fiscal Year.
UPDATED RULES, REGULATIONS, FEES, FINES & ACTIONS

The new and updated Rules & Regulations (Section 6.04) which have been adopted by the association to manage and govern the community have been voted on and approved. The new/updated regulations, fees, fines and actions are in effect immediately as of August 13, 2025.
