PROPOSAL TO UPDATE CC&R's

The Schneitter's Swiss Oaks HOA Board of Trustees is planning to update and modernize the governing documents for the community, which would include the CC&R's and/or By-Laws. The proposed changes for these updates can be found on the CC&R's PROPOSAL page of this website, found in the main menu. HOA Board Meeting
Tuesday, October 13th, 6:00 PM MST at Online (ZOOM)
The regular scheduled monthly HOA Board meeting. Meetings are held virtually online over ZOOM. Links to the meeting and copies of the agenda are available on the MEETING & MINUTES page of the website. Owners who would like to participate in the meeting must submit their request, topic and any information by the Friday prior to the HOA Board Meeting.

ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS MEETING

The Schneitter’s Swiss Oaks Homeowners Association invites all homeowners to attend our Annual Homeowners Meeting, where we will review the past year, discuss the current state of the community, and look ahead to the coming year.
 
At the meeting, we will:
  • Review Maintenance & Community Improvements
  • Review HOA Financials (budgets, income, expenses)
  • Review the proposed budget for the coming year.
  • Review HOA Reserves
  • Most importantly, homeowners will vote to elect 3 HOA Board members (one, three-year position and two, one-year positions).
We encourage all homeowners to participate in this years annual meeting and to participation in the election to shape the future direction of Swiss Oaks. Your participation is an important part of maintaining an informed and engaged community.
 
Meeting information will be mailed to owner's at their primary address on record with the HOA and will be posted to the HOA website in the weeks leading up to the meeting.
