ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS MEETING
The Schneitter’s Swiss Oaks Homeowners Association invites all homeowners to attend our Annual Homeowners Meeting, where we will review the past year, discuss the current state of the community, and look ahead to the coming year.
At the meeting, we will:
- Review Maintenance & Community Improvements
- Review HOA Financials (budgets, income, expenses)
- Review the proposed budget for the coming year.
- Review HOA Reserves
- Most importantly, homeowners will vote to elect 3 HOA Board members (one, three-year position and two, one-year positions).
We encourage all homeowners to participate in this years annual meeting and to participation in the election to shape the future direction of Swiss Oaks. Your participation is an important part of maintaining an informed and engaged community.
Meeting information will be mailed to owner's at their primary address on record with the HOA and will be posted to the HOA website in the weeks leading up to the meeting.
