PROPOSAL TO UPDATE CC&R's

The Schneitter's Swiss Oaks HOA Board of Trustees is planning to update and modernize the governing documents for the community, which would include the CC&R's and/or By-Laws. The proposed changes for these updates can be found on the CC&R's PROPOSAL page of this website, found in the main menu. All CC&R's and By-Laws can be found on the CC&R's / By-Laws page under the ABOUT section of this website.
