As part of the upcoming Swiss Oaks Annual Homeowners Meeting on November 7, 2026, Mountain Resorts Management (MRM) will be hosting a one-hour online Zoom meeting at 10:00 AM to review the Association’s financial activity for the past fiscal year.

The Schneitter’s Swiss Oaks Homeowners Association invites all homeowners to attend our Annual Homeowners Meeting, where we will review the past year, discuss the current state of the community, and look ahead to the coming year.

 

At the meeting, we will:

• Review Maintenance & Community Improvements
• Review HOA Financials (budgets, income, expenses)
• Review the proposed budget for the coming year.
• Review HOA Reserves
• Most importantly, homeowners will vote to elect 3 HOA Board members (one, three-year position and two, one-year positions).

 

Meeting information will be mailed to owner's at their primary address on record with the HOA and will be posted to the HOA website in the weeks leading up to the meeting.

Owners who would like to participate in the meeting must submit their request, topic and any information by the Friday prior to the HOA Board Meeting.
