Water
Please check your homes on a regular basis to make sure that faucets are not dripping and toilets are not constantly running. If you are not in your home on a regular basis it is recommended that you shut off your main water valve to your home to reduce the chance of water damage if a water line break was to occur while you are away.
 
Midway City Water Analysis - In 2010 and 2011 Swiss Oaks has been involved in an ongoing water investigation to determine the actual amount of water being used and/or lost within the community to determine the water overages the community has been billed by Midway City Water District. Over the past years since Swiss Oaks was built Midway City has changed the allotment of what allocated to the community. The following report was provided in 2011 by Midway City. The final service line inventory for SWISS OAKS HOA has been classified as non-lead; meaning no lead, galvanized downstream of lead, or unknown service lines were found.The system was determined to be non-lead by performing a detailed review of all available records including but not limited to the following:
  • Aerial Imagery/Historical Imagery
  • Assessor records
