ANNUAL HOA MEETING
Saturday, November 2nd, 6:00 PM at Schneitter's Swiss Oaks Clubhouse
Annual meeting for all homeowners is to be held on November 2, 2024 at 6:00 PM (one hour earlier than listed in the CC&R's). The meeting will be held at the Swiss Oaks Clubhouse and online over ZOOM as has been done in recent years. An official meeting notice and documents will be provided prior to the meeting and sent electronically and through the USPS mail service.

(1st Amendment to the Bylaws: Section 3.01)
"Annual Meetings. The annual meeting of the members shall be held on the first Saturday in November each year at 7:00 o'clock pm., for the purpose of electing Trustees and transacting such other business as may come before the meeting...."
