| Asphalt and Road Work |

The community will be applying a crack seal to all cracks in the community and also overlaying 50% of all the roads this year. Work is scheduled for Monday, May 7th and Monday, May 14th. Please do not drive or park on the asphalt for a period of 24 hours. If you have any cars, trailers or boats that are parked in the common spaces on the asphat, please have them removed so work is not delayed. We appologize for any inconveniece that this may cause. | Security Doors/Clubhouse Key |

Attention
All Owners as of the 9th of March we will be locking our new security doors. You will need to contact Mountain Resorts Management to set up a time to get your key to access the clubhouse. We will try to be available at all times but we are here Mon – Fri 9:00 am To 5:00 pm to make sure we can be available for owners to get there key. If it is a weekend we will do what we can to make it here to give you your key. All questions about the system will be answered at the time you get you key.
Renters this does not include you. We will not give a keys out to people that are not owners. If you are renting from an owner at Swiss Oaks you will need to call the owner and/or Property manager to make arrangements to get the key

In an effort to constantly be bringing added amenities and value to your homeowner experience at Swiss Oaks, Mountain Resorts Management along with your HOA Board are pleased to announce the ability to pay for your monthly HOA payments via the associations website. Once you have logged into the HOA website you will be able to access the web page titled, “ ONLINE HOA PAYMENT."
Pay your HOA fees one time or through an automatic reoccurring payment, which allows you to use your bank account or credit card.

| SPA CLOSED |

SPA CLOSED
The Spa/Hot Tub heater in the Clubhouse has DIED!!! The current heater has been rebuilt in past years but it is an older model that is no longer available and our only option is to replace it. At the 2001 annual meeting the association voted to not repair the spa for one year in order to build up reserves or revote in 2012 annual meeting. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
